The flute and harp are a unique combination, and their combined experience and musical talent help to create a relaxing ambience to enhance any occasion.
The soaring tones of the flute are complimented by the rich sonorities of the harp, and together they carry well at receptions above the general conversation without being intrusive. They have a great visual appeal, bringing an added touch of glamour and sophistication with an air of relaxed refinement.
The classically trained musicians of The Hilser Quartet perform internationally as soloists, chamber musicians and orchestral players. They have experience of providing music for weddings, civil partnerships and a full range of corporate and private functions.
They have played for services and receptions throughout the country and abroad, in venues such as St James' Place, Hampton Court, Mansion House, and various country houses and hotels.

Our extensive and diverse repertoire covers a wide range of musical styles from Classical, to Jazz and Popular song and show tunes, providing something for everyone to enjoy. We are also happy to accommodate requests with advance warning and will always discuss the music in detail before the event to ensure that you get exactly what you want. Wherever possible we try to coordinate our dresses with your colour scheme.
Our standard rate for weddings and civil partnerships provides music for the ceremony, plus 2 hours background music. Fees: from £400 plus travel.
